Rating Comments: Fracassi has a very strange election history. In 2018, he was acclaimed as a Trustee in the SIMCOE Catholic District School Board. In 2022, he ran in the YORK Catholic District School board, and lost to the incumbent. In 2026, he is now running in a third, different school board - the TORONTO Catholic District School Board. Trustee elections have a residency requirement in which the candidate must live in the municipal jurisdiction, so it would be interesting to know if he actually lives in Toronto, or whether he lives in Simcoe, or perhaps in York Region?
