Trustee Lubinski has consistently voted against anti-Catholic motions sponsored by LGBT activists on the board to infiltrate and use the TCDSB as a vehicle to promote homosexual lifestyles and LGBT ideologies to impressionable students. These insidious motions, which ultimately passed, have included proclaiming June as gay "Pride Month", flying the homosexual Pride flag at TCDSB headquarters and at every one of its schools throughout the month of June, and adding transgender ideology to the board’s Code of Conduct.

Fracassi gave good answers to most questions on CLC's 2026 candidate survey. However, he said he would NOT oppose inviting guest speakers who have publicly expressed positions that contradict the morality and teaching of the Catholic Church, so long as they agree to speak on neutral subjects and not on those areas of Catholic faith with which they disagree. This is a major problem with Fracassi's candidacy because giving a Catholic platform to public advocates of sinful behaviour presents a serious scandal to the faith of students, parents and teachers.
