In response to CLC's 2022 municipal election survey, Ms. Fraser indicated her strong support for the alleged right of women to kill their children in-utero. However, she also indicated support for the free speech rights of pro-life Canadians to be able to peacefully express their opposition to abortion, rights which are under threat by draconian censorship laws at all levels of government. With respect to taxpayer funding of abortion referral organizations like Planned Parenthood, she implied that voters should be able to decide how their tax dollars are spent.

4. There has been a move in some municipal jurisdictions to pass bylaws which establish censorship zones, also called “bubble zones”, around abortion facilities. These unconstitutional censorship zones make it illegal to express peaceful pro-life speech, including silent prayer, on taxpayer-owned public sidewalks within the vicinity of abortion facilities and pharmacies which dispense abortion pills. If elected, would you vote to oppose such a censorship bylaw, if it were ever proposed? survey not yet sentsurvey not yet sentno response
